Shipping
We will make every attempt to ship out or deliver your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 10:00am generally leave our warehouse in the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 am on weekdays, Weekend and holidays will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day.
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
Deliveries around the Auckland area should
be completed within 24 hours once your order has been dispatched from our
warehouse. All other areas allow between 2 -3 business days, rural deliveries may take longer.
WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.
Shipment Refusal
If your shipment arrives at the "ship to" destination and is refused,
we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a
second delivery attempt will be made.
Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away
(within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake
with the correct product.
Damage in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, please notify us right away
(within 7 days of receiving your shipment) we will send you a
replacement.
